Gojee asset management refers to fixed assets. Fixed assets in your Xero file will be automatically synced across to Gojee when you connect. If you’d like to add new assets not found on your Xero fixed asset register directly into Gojee, you can also do this.
Assets in Gojee can be set up similar to an inventory item, such that they can have a price, a cost, and a unit of measure. They can be used on jobs and included in your quotes, invoices, and job costings etc.
Note: Whilst Gojee has the capability to register individual instances of each asset type, at the moment it is not possible to specify which instance is used per job. That work is however on the development roadmap for Gojee.
